Insight Products and ordering information.
You may order materials by filling out the Order Form, and scoring reports by filling out the Scoring Services Order Form (SSOF). You may also place an order by calling us at 1 800 668 1006.
When administering Insight, each student will need a Student Book, and each teacher will need a DVD and Examiner's Manual. The Student Book and DVD are unique to each level, but the Examiner's Manual is the same across levels. Administering Insight involves the use of a DVD, so audio/visual equipment will need to be set up. For more information, please see the Examiner's Manual.
After administering Insight, in addition to filling out the SSOF, you will also need to fill out the School Group List (SGL). For detailed instructions on how to send Insight materials back to CTC for scoring, please refer to the Scoring Services Hand Book.
